DRAWING: Still Life and Figures – with Paul Kethley. Sat., Feb. 15. 9am to noon. In this class we will split time between drawing Still Life subject matter and then Figure drawing in order to expose and educate you in both drawing practices as well as gauge interest for future drawing classes. Students will practice basic drawing exercises with still life objects during the first half of class then switch to Life Drawing with a live character model for the second half. Model will do a series of short poses with a longer one near the end of class. All abilities welcome. Students will do many practice drawings – some, very quick timed sketches, but should not expect to produce finished-looking work. They are free to take photos of subjects and complete at home if desired.

Expect live demonstrations by instructor. Supply list provided. $55 ($49.50 members)
